Workshops always include:
- Custom content that meets your needs, whether for a single in-person training, over multiple days as part of a learning series, or in topic-specific online sessions. All are highly interactive, built to make learning and participation easy for busy nonprofit leaders.
- Pre-meeting participant survey to gather important information about each nonprofit's size, donor base, board involvement, and fundraising systems. This short, simple survey guides content for our workshop so each participant feels "I'm not alone" and, of course, so we provide how-to steps for donor and board engagement that feel do-able, no matter what the nonprofit's level of fundraising experience and infrastructure.
- Intelligence on participants' fundraising needs in a summary of trends and challenges, and opportunities for future technical assistance. The report is based on questions and comments during the workshop and in follow up conversations with individual nonprofits, and provides an overview of obstacles to building sustainable, unrestricted income.
- One year of post-workshop fundraising support for each participant:
- Access to our members-only content.
- One-on-one fundraising brainstorm on board engagement, donor cultivation and/or database management.
Each audience is different, but workshops usually range from $1,500 to $10,000 (plus travel expense). We prefer to teach in-person and come to you. Of course! You can add up to ten colleagues to participate in each coaching session. We recommend that 1-3 be the designated speakers, but others on your team are welcome to listen in and learn fundraising.
